This is where the real transformation happens. I work with you exclusively — assessing your movement, designing your progressions, and coaching your form in real time. In-person in Puerto Escondido or online. I am currently accepting new clients and would love to hear from you.

I teach regular calisthenics classes at Wolf Gym in La Punta, Puerto Escondido. A welcoming environment with great equipment, a strong local community, and sessions designed for all levels. Come train with us.
