Chia grew up on the coast, where the ocean was her first teacher. Long before she stepped onto a yoga mat or touched a pull-up bar, she was riding waves — learning the primal vocabulary of balance, timing, and surrender.

As years passed, her body became her tool. She found yoga as a way to deepen her relationship with movement, and calisthenics as a way to build the strength the ocean demanded. What emerged was a philosophy: the freestyle life — where discipline and freedom are not opposites, but partners.

Today, Chia shares this way of living through classes, retreats, and her own example — proof that a body that moves well, a mind that stays present, and a heart that chases waves is a life well lived.

OCEAN

The sea is the source. Every day in the water is a reset — a reminder that nature is bigger than any problem, and every wave is a gift.

MOVEMENT

The body is meant to move. Yoga, calisthenics, bodyboarding — each is a language. Chia speaks all three fluently, and teaches others to find their own dialect.

COMMUNITY

The best sessions are shared ones. Whether in a retreat, a group class, or a sunrise surf — energy multiplies when you're surrounded by people who are also choosing growth.
